Martin and the team at Vintage Property Solutions did a phenomenal job handling a tricky case of damp-induced dry rot at my property. From the initial assessment to the thorough removal and repairs, their workmanship was top-tier.
What truly sets them apart, however, is their incredible dedication to solving the root cause. Tracking down water ingress can be a nightmare, but Martin and his crew returned to the property multiple times to continuously hunt down exactly where the water was entering. They refused to just apply a temporary patch. They insisted on securing a genuine, long-term solution to keep the water out for good.
Remarkably, all of this relentless follow-up effort was honored under their initial, very reasonable quote. In an industry where unexpected visits often lead to extra fees, they stuck to their word and worked tirelessly to "do the job right," despite the fact that the extra labor meant they likely made minimal profit on the job.

We've used this firm before for guttering, facias and a new porch roof. This time for damp proofing, rendering and pointing and they've laid a patio and renovated my kitchen. Martin and his team did a total refurb on our front garden - replacing fencing with brick walls to the front and side, laying a lovely Victorian mosaic path and step and brick paving to the garden.  Work took longer than anticipated, but only due to the persistent rain - but Martin kept us updated throughout and consulted with us at every stage to make sure we were getting the look we wanted. We had Martin and his team in to assess some damp damage in our house - both front and back, inside and out. He has also assessed another property for us.
Martin is extremely friendly and pleasant to have around. He is calm and informative - no question is too small for him. His admin team is equally friendly and prompt and the main contractor who was doing most of the labor was very pleasant to be around and friendly as well.
